Usage of 2 Rx ports of ADRV9004 receiver

Question

Dear, 
 How to use 2 Rx ports of ADRV9004 receiver? 
 that is, are they for different frequency bands as 30MHz~3GHz & 3~6GHz? 
 So, 1 port will cover 30MHz~3GHz and the other port will cover 3~6GHz? 
 In that case, do the impedance matching circuits need to be different for each port?

Hi, 
 No, both Rx channels cover the entire range of 30MHz to 6GHz. The impedance matching networks only need to cover the range that you are interested in using and can be different for each channel.

Hi, 
 All receiver ports can cover the whole range of 30 MHz to 6 GHz. A matching network is required for the band of interest for a port. It is possible, if needed, to create a matching network to cover the full 30MHz to 6GHz range. However, it's more common to select a band of interest and create your matching network for that. For example, if an Rx port has a band of interest from 1.5GHz to 2GHz, then you would only need to create a matching network for that range.
