ADRV9004 Independent Receivers

Question

Hello, 
 I just wanted to make sure that I understand the ADVR9004 receiver correctly. 
 
 Does the ADRV9004 have two truly independent receivers? I would like to be able to tune the receivers to different frequencies or scan with one while the other is set on a frequency. 
 I believe this part can do this when the TX is not being used. 
 
 Is this a correct understanding?

Hi Bill, 
 This is correct, there are two independant RFPLLs that can be used to generate two different LO freqs for your two Rx channels. You can also use two external LO signals, instead of the internal PLLs, and feed them into the Rx channels if required. You can leave the Tx off if not needed. 
 There is a block diagram of the part that shows the LO Generators on page 6 of the current User Guide . Similarly Figure 93 in the SYNTHESIZER CONFIGURATION AND LO OPERATION section shows the muxing options from both LOs.
