For AD9371/AD9375 :
Lets say I have a Receiver with minimum bandwidth of 8 MHz .
For LTE the minimum BW is 1.4 MHz .
So is it right to say the minimum detectable signal of the receiver will not be able to detect the LTE 1.4 MHz and 5 MHz BW since it is below the noise floor of the RX?
or , is there a way I can use the RX to detect the 1.4MHz band.
Bandwidth has really nothing to do with receiver sensitivity. As long as the signal fits within your receive bandwidth with enough amplitude it "should" be recoverable.
A signal should not be oversample too much since it wastes bandwidth, can introduce other signals into your signal of interest causing intermodulation products, etc...
The AD9371/5 has a minimum receive bandwidth of 8MHz, but if you need to go lower you will need to add decimation to your FPGA design, which is quite common.
