We have lot of details wrto programming the chip in UG-992 , you may refer from page14.
We support the queries related to AD9371 here and your question is outside of our scope
I am trying to interface AD9371 with ZCU102 Eval Board, i want read ADC data from AD9371 through ZCU102, provide if any sources available.
Are you using eval board or custom board? TES GUI connects only with our EVB platform.
Which SD card are you using ? We have two SD-Cards given with the board ,use the one with 'Windows based TES/ ADRV9371-SDCARD' on it.

Please follow TRANSCEIVER EVALUATION SOFTWARE section from UG-992 about how to get started with the TES GUI and how to configure the AD9371 TES GUI .Place the SW11 toggle switches in the positions as shown in the below figure (Toggle Switch 1, Toggle Switch 2, and Toggle Switch 5 = Position A.

Once you power on Is the board booting? LED will blink in sequence until boot is completed.
Also please refer to the below troubleshooting guide for issues related to TES connection.
i am using zcu102 eval board, but i am not having Windows based TES/ ADRV9371-SDCARD, but i could able to boot the board without any errors with kuiper linux SD Card.
We should be using Windows based TES GUI SD Card to work with TES GUI, else it won't work.
Okay, i will check by using Windows based TES GUI SD Card. what will be the alternate solution if we don't use that SD carḍ.

For evaluating using TES GUI, you need to use windows based sd card.
You can also use Linux based drivers and use the IIO oscilloscope GUI for evaluating. You will be able to see the captured data on RX using this GUI.

how to check Rx channels data in IIO oscilloscople
Voltage 0 refers to RX1 and voltage 1 refers to RX2 data. Refer below link:
