i want to know the SFDR of Receiver of AD9371. can you show me?
I would like to calculate RF budget frontend before receiver of AD9371, but i can't find the SFDR parameter of receiver
You can refer to the below equations for SFDR calculations.
Noise floor:
To calculate the receiver noise floor you can use the equation -174 + Gain + NF
SNR of the receiver can be calculated as
Rx SNR = ADC signal level - Noise Floor
ADC Signal level = RF input level + Gain
Note: SNR of the receiver can vary with input signal and the gain settings of the receiver.
For SFDR calculation please use below formula,
yes thank you Mr.Vinod. Could you please give me the explanation for the SFDR equations? Thank you very much!!
The SFDR of AD9371 is 89.9dBm.For SFDR calculation you can use the ADIsimRF tool.
Please follow the below links for better understanding and more details about tool.
hi Thank you Vinod. As i calculate,: SFDR of 9371 = 2/3 * (IIP3 + 173.8 - 10log(BW) - NF) = 2/3*(22 + 173.8 -10*(10 MHz) - 12) = 75.9. is it right? i saw your SFDR is 89.9 dB!

Oh! It's my bad, 89.9dB is for AD9371 Tx. For Rx, IIP3 is 25dBm, At 1GHz frequency NF=12dB, SFDR for 10MHz analysis BW is 77.9dB. Please refer to below picture for more details
yes thank you Vinod !
