We looked at making a model for ADL5246 when we released it to mass production. We decided against doing this because the device is too complicated (three amps, one with a bypass mode, and two VVA) to build a model that covers all modes of operation.
You can build a custom model based on how you plan to operate the device. Building a custom model is described earlier in the thread and in the Help menu in ADIsimRF. You will need to build 3 separate custom models, AMP1(Gain Block), AMP3 (Driver Amp) and VVA1/AMP3/VVA2 (VGA). Or you could model the whole device as a single VGA (assuming that you want to hard-wire AMP1 to VVA1 and VVA2 to AMP3 and have AMP2 not bypassed.
You may find that it will be difficult to pull some of the required data from the plots, particularly the IP3 and P1dB behavior of the VGA block vs gain control voltage.
