Can Analog Devices provide a SPICE model for the LTC6433-15 RF amplifier, and are there any tools available for simulating RF amplifiers from ADI?

We generally do not make LTSpice simulation models for our RF amplifiers since it is more of an analog and mixed signal simulator than an RF simulator. However, the ADISimRF signal chain calculator, which you can download free from www.analog.com/adisimrf, contains a device model for the LTC6433-15. We also have a library of RF Amplifiers, Mixers and RF Switches which is bundled into Keysight Genesys and SystemVue. While the library is included in the Genesys and SystemVue installation, you can also go to analog.com/sys-parameters and download installers for newest version of the libraries.
