The following documentation is provided for reliability data inquiries regarding the HMC998APM5E. This reliability report is a compilation of reliability testing of products made on the P-HEMPT-F process (HMC998 is manufactured on this process)

Even though this report does not contain any data on HMC998, it is a valid reliability report for this device because we have a policy of compiling and publishing MTTF/FIT numbers on a per-process basis because it maximizes the device hours in the calculation which yields a more accurate result.
