Will HMC472A work with  3.3V or 5V logic and will the logic choice  affect the non-linearity performance? What are the expected IIP3 and 0.1dB compression point values at 10 MHz?

The HMC472A will work with 3.3V or 5V logic but the main analog supply should be between 4.5 and 5.5V. The applied logic level will not affect the non-linearity performance. The non-linearity performance will degrade at 10MHz compared to higher frequencies. For the HMC472ALP4E, a typical IIP3 of 38dBm at 10MHz can be expected, based on previous measurements with 0dBm inputs at 10 and 12MHz. The 0.1dB compression point (P0.1dB) at 10MHz is approximately 20dBm, as shown in a 7-page PDF for the HMC472A, which is applicable to the HMC472ALP4E. The ACG caps and DC blocking caps should be large enough at low frequencies to ensure proper operation.
