The ADAR4002 operates over a 0.5 GHz to 19 GHz frequency range. Range 0, with a maximum delay of 508ps and a resolution of 4ps, provides 360 degrees of phase range down to 2 GHz. Range 1, with a maximum delay of 254ps and a resolution of 2ps, provides 360 degrees of phase range down to 4 GHz. As frequency increases, less time delay is needed to achieve 360 degrees of phase range, and Range 1 is less lossy and has a smaller resolution, making it more suitable for higher frequencies.
