Can I adjust the voltage of the Tadj pin on the ADL5513 by connecting a single resistor from Tadj to ground, and what is the recommended resistor value?

The resistance from TADJ to ground on the ADL5513 evaluation board was measured at 15.383 Kohms, and the voltage on the Tadj pin with no components attached was measured at 0.8998 V. If we assume that the Vinternal is arond around 1.9V, that would make the resistance from Tadj to Vinternal approximately 15.3K. It is not advisable to set the Tadj voltage using a single external resistor to ground, as the Tadj voltage is already very close to 0.9V. To try and adjust this voltage would require a very large resistor and you only hav the option to reduce the Tadj voltage from its nominal value. Instead, a resistor divider between the supply and ground with a total resistance of around 3K or less is recommended to minimize sensitivity to variances in internal resistances.
