Answer: You can see the plot below of Pout vs. Pin over frequency of an Rx path. This shows the behaviour of the output power after the compression point's and is in good alignment with the -16 dBm input P1dB in the datasheet.

Can I use the PyADI-110 adar1000 python code with the ADAR1000 evaluation board?

The Python code linked in the pyadi-iio documentation is designed for higher-level array applications involving multiple ADAR1000 devices, it was not written for direct use with the ADAR1000 evaluation board and SDP controller.
