Question Are there some kind of available simulation model for “log amplifier” particularly “SDLVA” such as HMC1013??Mathematical model, s-parameter (if this make sense) or SPICE? Or any other available model to simulate behavior of these detectors? Answer Please find attached the S-parameters for HMC1013. These include the board trace and matching network. Unfortunately, the spice model is not available.Hope this helps.
