This component uses complementary control lines to select the RF path. Is itpossible to set both control lines to the same level so that both paths can beisolated?
Answer
The HMC574AMS8E can only support the following truth table, it will not be able to support when the control inputs are all high or low. The switchwill be in undefined states when Vctl A and B = 0 or 1.
Depending on the Pin for this application, our HMC8038, HMC849A can support all off states but their power handling is lower than the HMC574A.
