Keeping one internal switch high in HMC-C019 while driving the other internal switch

Question

Can we activate one of the internal switches permanently and only switch the
second internal switch in HMC-C019? The data sheet does not provide information
as to how this will affect the performance of the device?

Answer

In HMC-C019, based on the device schematic, there are two internal switches:
The RF is switched from RF1 to RF2. The two internal switches are controlled by
Vctl1 and Vctl2. The datasheet for HMC-C019 measures
the performance with both the control pins tied together. No data has been
taken with one control pin tied high. The device isolation will suffer in the
case of holding one internal switch high and switching only the second one.
Hence, this is not recommended.
