Can you breakdown the ADF4351 supplies and their corresponding consumption for
each?
Answer
We group the supplies into three.
1) AVDD, DVDD, SDVDD, VP.The big one of these is the Avdd which powers the N
counter (15-20 mA). SVdd takes about 1-2 mA, Vp takes 1mA, and DVdd about 4-5
mA.
2) VVCO: 70 mA as per the datasheet.
3) Vrf. The output buffers consume about 21mA.
