Question
ADF4360-9 has not got a CE pin, but in the datasheet, Page 14 give a figure
like below shown:
I think it may be a error.

This is a mistake on this datasheet, you are right that there is no CE pin in
ADF4360-9, it is replaced with LD on pin23. CE is internally pulled high
always, so it won't support power down mode of CE=0 mode.
