It was discovered that the SC2200 EVKIT may have the output channels set to a "Frozen" adaptation state by default, due to incorrect factory programming. Below are steps to enable the output channels using channel A as example.
1. Adaptation State shows "Frozen"
2. Access ACCP Config tab in the GUI: Options > ACCP Config
3. Clear the adaptation state (CHA=0xFC1F, CHB=0xFC0B) and Periodic PMU Disable (CHA=0xFC21, CHB=0xFC0D) bits.
4. Perform a hardware reset using the GUI: Device > Hardware Reset
5. Adaptation State is now "Running"
