Yes, because the MAX2016 has a capacitor-programmable high pass filter. The programmable input high pass filter can be set using the equation on datasheet page 15:
f cutoff = 1 / 2*pi*RC
where R = 2 Ohm.
Example, C = 79.5uF results in a 100kHz cutoff frequency.
