Does the ADDR pin change the I2C address for the MAX2112?

Yes - if the ADDR pin is physically connected to GND or VCC, then the the slave address depends on whether it is in read or write access.  Therefore,
  1. If ADDR = GND, then
    1. Write address is C0h.
    2. Read address is C1h.
  2. If ADDR = VCC, then
    1. Write address is C2h
    2. Write address is C3h.
The first seven bits of the slave address are internally programmed to 1100000b when the ADDR pin is connected to GND or 1100001b when the ADDR pin is connected to VCC.
