I moved your case into the FPGA forum to get better support on your questions regarding  ZU15EG. And I'll get back to you on ADC performance question.

1. AD9084-FMCA-EBZ requires an FMC+ connector and that board is only FMC. AD9084 also has specific lane requirements to reach certain bandwidths. The 8 available will be very limited. This applies to the lane rate as well.

Regarding your question on ADC performance, we don't publish ENOB, but you could easily calculate it from NSD figures in the data sheet. For example, NSD is -149 dBFS/Hz with ADC clock of 20 GHz, sample rate of 2.5GSPS, and in sequential mode. The noise power integrated over 100MHz bandwidth would be 69 dBFS (-149 + 80), and ENOB in this case would be around 11.17 bits. We don't have number of 3.6 GSPS, but you could probably measure it yourself. Hope this helps and let us know if you need further assistance.
