PIN 5 - VC1 in evaluation borad

Question

Dear all, 
 
 I am working with the HMC1113LP5E. In the IC datasheet indicates that the PIN number 5 is N/C. However in the Evaluation PCB datasheet indicates that the PIN number 5 is connected to VC1. There is no indications for VC1 in the datasheet. Could you provide me more information about VC1 in the EVB?

The evaluation board PCB (111225 Evaluation Board) is used for multiple parts, some of which have VC1 as pin 5. For HMC1113, you can ignore this pin as it is no connect.)
