Our customer require the fixed attenuator with SMT to use @ 25~26GHz.
About the HMC652~658 frequency range,
Die/Chip is ~ 50GHz
SMT Package (-LP2E) is ~ 25GHz
We understand the degraduation of performance, and not recommend to use over 25GHz,, w/ SMT.
If it is possible, can you provide reference data, over 25GHz, w/ SMT?
