Out of band spurs from 1800 to 2200 MHz can potentially be seen at the input. Any issues with this since the log amp only operates up to a maximum of 500 MHz?
There might be some response due to the spurs, but it will probably be marginal at best. We never measured @2GHz because it was so far out of band. If you look at Figures 13 and 16, the slope and intercept are falling off pretty quickly with frequency. I would measure the response as it would be in your application, i.e. the desired power level of wanted in-band signal with and without the expected power level of out-of-band spurs, and see how much error it causes.
