i require a device like the ad8302 gain and phase comparator.
basically i need to compare two sine waves in the range of 100mVpp to 2Vpp in two frequencies, 400KHz and 2MHz. i need to find the phase difference and amplitude difference between them. phase difference will be from 0 to 100 degrees, and amplitude difference will be from 0V to 500mV. And the device needs to be high temp (+125C).
if there is other combination of ics to do this that would also work, since i will be using a microcontroller to analyze the data, so pwm, adc... methods as outputs will work.
any info is much appreciated.
We only characterized the AD8302 to 85 °C. It would probably work up to 125 °C, but there are no guarantees of performance or function. I'm sure there are some ADCs that are specified to 125 °C that could sample your sine waves and then you could post process the data, especially at those frequencies.
