On the product web page you can find information about available package options for the ADF4212, and the ADF4212BCPS is not listed among them. For this part we provide only 20-lead TSSOP package (ADF4212BRUZ).
In the datasheet there is information about CSP-20 package, however, this package is offered for ADF4213 part (the datasheet covers ADF4210 and ADF4211 parts, both obsolete at this stage, and two parts that are still being offered to the customers: ADF4212 and ADF4213)
