SD-Modulator Reset

Hi everybody,

is there a way (Test Mode?) to reset the SD-Modulator of the ADF4156 or ADF4159 independently from writing to register R0, e.g. after the device has locked to a new frequency.

This would probably make it possible to synchronize the output phase of several devices if the register update is additionally synchronized to REFin*MOD.

Unfortunately, no.

However, if you are using the ADF4156, you can use the Phase Resync feature to synchronize phases. If you are using the ADF4159, you can use the phase programmability feature to change one phase relative to another.
