AD607 for BPSK detector on LF. (30-120kHz).

I would like to use AD607 as a detector for BPSK on LF. (30-120kHz).
Do you have an example of a ICs combination to make the Costas Loop necessary?

The attached article was written by one of our apps engineers many years ago. AD607 is not mentioned for editorial reasons but my understanding is that it was written with this device in mind.
