The HMC1015 is not only available in die form, but in a LC3 package. The HMC1043LC3 utilizes the same die that is used as the HMC1015. The HMC1043LC3 utilizes a 3 x 3 mm QFN Ceramic High Frequency SMT Package that does not degrade the performance from the die environment to the package environment.
