HMC1010 Frequency Range

HMC1010 is specified to work to 3.9 GHz. Will it still work at 4.5 GHz (possibly with degraded performance)? Are there any similar devices that are specified to operate at 4.5 GHz?

    HMC909 is spec'd up to 5.8 GHz and is pin-compatible to the HMC1010.  However, in terms of input dynamic range the HMC909 is covering about 20 dB less at the high end, i.e. HMC909 up to -11 dBm vs. HMC1010 up to +10 dBm.  As to any quantitative description for the anticipated performance degradation when operating the HMC1010 above the specified max. frequency of 3.9 GHz, the datasheet does not yield any information; however, at least the input return loss (s11) certainly looks good up to 4.5 GHz (and even further; cf. plot on p. 11-8 of datasheet v03.0511), which by itself is insufficient to establish detector performance.
