Explanation/Definition of HMC407MS8G switching speed

The HMC407MS8G datasheet has a spec for "Switching speed" but doesn't give an explanation/definition for this spec.  I would assume it is related to the VPD pin and is defined the same as in this thread,HMC939LP4, just with 'VPD' replacing 'Vctl'.  Below is a copy & paste of that definition.  Is this correct?

Ton is the time measured from 50% of triggered Vctl to 90% of the detected RF output

Toff is the time measured from 50% of triggered Vctl to 10% of the detected RF outpu

  • Hi Kevin,

Yes, switching speed is defined as below.

Ton is the time measured from 50% of triggered Vctl to 90% of the detected RF output

Toff is the time measured from 50% of triggered Vctl to 10% of the detected RF output

Switching control pin is VPD pin.

    Best,

    Kagan
