Question

Hello, 
 The Truth table in the HMC784MS8GE data sheet shows two of the four states for the A and B input control lines. 
 Even though the two other states are not valid for the typical application circuit using the inverters as shown on page 5, what happens if these states occur? In particular, is the input disconnected from the outputs in the 00 state? Thanks.
