Does HMC1086F10 can be used to Pulse power amplifier ?
If yes , what are the Raising & Falling time ?
I am trying to locate timing data...either measured or simulated.
I am also investigating whether or not the part is compatible with pulsed applications and, if so, what is the recommended method of pulsing.
Related to the pulsing, I'm also investigating the need for the capacitors shown on the application circuit.

The HMC1086F10 is compatible with pulsed power applications.
It is recommended that the pulsing of power be accomplished via the Vdd pins.
Pulsing of power via the gates would provide acceptable results only if your application can tolerate a long delay before the output waveform has stabilized.
The rise and fall times would be more strongly influenced by the pulse circuitry and the external capacitive bypassing than by the amplifier itself.
That said, depending upon how you choose to modulate the power it is possible to obtain sub microsecond drain voltage rise times and nanosecond output power rise times.

Base on your conclusion , how could I know the actually response? Could you capture the waveform which are about your measurement and simulation result.
As I knew , customer would like to have a square wave on input port and worry about the distortion on it.
So they wanna know how the response for raising and falling time on HMC1086F10?
BTW , I could ask my customer also for what's kind of input signal they had?

From your comments it sounds as though your customer will be pulsing the RF input signal and not the Vdd or Vgg. Is my understanding of this correct?
Is their interest the rise and fall times of the output signal only (a transition time), or the response times of signal from input to output (a propagation delay)?
Yes, please ask your customer to describe the nature of their signals; RF signal frequencies and amplitudes, pulse signal timing parameters (e.g. period and pulse-width), etc.
