HMC922LP4E end of life is announced, I used this component because this is the only differential switch I can found, that covers 1GHz-4GHz bandwith. https://www.hittite.com/products/view.html/view/HMC922LP4E
Any idea for a substitute?
Needs:
- Differential SPDT
- 1GHz to 4GHz
- Low insertion loss <1.5dB
- 3.3V control
