Is it possible to bias this part with +3.3v? Is there a similar part that will run on +3.3v?
Thanks,
Tim

Is the customer looking for differential input/output I/O’s? If yes, HMC858 is the recommended part.
If his application can use single-ended I/O, HMC748LC3C might be lower cost and default for +3.3V for his 7.6Gbps should be sufficient.

Yes, he can design his board to reference all GND pin to +3.3V and ground the Vee terminal and bias up and set the common mode as 3.3V CML for the I/O’s.
