ADL5565

Hi,

Can i have the reverse isolation data when the chip is on disabled or power down mode of ADL5565?

If possible, I need the reverse isolation for all the 3 different gain settings during both Enabled and Disabled conditions.

Thanks.

  • Hi.

    I moved this thread about ADL5565 to RF community. Someone here might be able to help you.

    Thanks.

  • Hi, Choo,

        I have compiled a set of two port S-parameters measurements (Input & output Reflection, Forward Gain
    & Reverse Isolation)
    on the ADL5565 evaluation board through the on-board baluns in the attached zip file (Isolation.zip).  The measurements are made at Vcc=5V, except for OFF,where Vcc=0V, through the on-board baluns (ETC1-1-13).  The Filenames are abbreviated as follows:

    -- EVB stands for the ADL5565 EVB as is, configured for 15.5 dB gain, with 50 to 200 ohm min-loss pad resistors at the output;

    -- NOR stands for the EVB with min-loss pad resistors replaced with 0-ohm series resistors;

    -- ON means the part is fully turned on;

    -- DIS means the part is disabled (Pin 12 = LOW);

    -- OFF means 5V supply is turned off.

    -- The numbers at the end signify the gain setting used for that measurement.

       Responses above 2 GHz as well as below 10 MHz may be limited by balun performance.
