Replacement for SL532 low phase shift limiter

The AD606 has a +- 3 degree phase change at ~10MHz, and I can't find the phase change on the rest of the chips.  I need one with min. phase change like the SL532 which is up to 1 degree even above frequencies of 100 MHz.
