Which of the HMC516LC5/HMC564LC4 electrical parameters are 100% tested in production before shipping to customers?

What are the guaranteed parameters?

Are there any parameters which are shipped based on sample units tests? Where can I find the details on these acceptance tests procedures?

    The HMC516LC5 is 100% tested in production to ensure that the following data sheet performance specifications are met:

    Gain: Tested at Vdd = +3 V, to ensure 18 dB data sheet minimum

    Noise Figure: Tested at Vdd = +3 V, to ensure 2.5 dB data sheet maximum

    Supply Current (Idd)(Vdd = +3V): Tested at Vdd = +3 V, to ensure 88 mA data sheet maximum

    Gain Variation Over Temperature: Not tested in production, but instead guaranteed by design and characterization.

    Additionally, though there is no data sheet specification for maximum DC leakage at the RF input and RF output pins, the RF input and RF output capacitors are tested for gross defects.

    The HMC564LC4 is 100% tested in production to ensure that the following data sheet performance specifications are met:

    Gain: Tested at Vdd = +3 V, to ensure 14 dB data sheet minimum

    Noise Figure: Tested at Vdd = +3 V, to ensure 2.2 dB data sheet maximum
