    Upon completion of VCO Auto-calibration, control of Vt (VCO's tuning port) is relinquished to the PLL's CP and normal PLL settling behavior occurs.

    The times shown in Figure 30 of the datasheet include VCO Auto-calibration time plus the PLL settling time.
