ADL5317 + Ad8304 Silicon photomultiplier current mirror

Would be possible to use the ADL5317 + Ad8304 as a Silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) current mirror? I use the Hamamatsu MPPC for low light levels. The MPPC Vbias is 74V aprox. and typically the current of the MPPC is lower than 50 nA.

  • This application is for detection on very low light levels. The current variation is very small. Notwithstanding,  the major contribution is the MPPC dark current and it depends on the bias voltage, so typically the current is in the 5 - 200  nA range.

The board I've made is based in the following circuit:

Previously I tried the MAX4007 and the DS3920 Maxim current mirrors. They are ok but no suitable for low current variations (~1 nA or lower)
