Request the replacement of HMC604LP3

Hello, 
 My customer uses HMC604LP3 device for WAVE basestation. 
 (WAVE is a IEEE 802.11p/IEEE 1609.) 
 But the status of this device is " Last Time Buy" now. 
 So I need your recommendation about the replacement of HMC604LP3. 
 Would you recommend the replacement of HMC604LP3 to me? 
 Please let me know ASAP.
