Rise time & fall time of HMC862LP3E & HMC905LP3E

All datasheet measurements were performed single ended, on the HMC905 evaluation board, with the unused "N" line ac coupled to 50 ohm termination.  The slew rate was not measured.  The 0.1ns number is an approximate calculation based on the output power at 6GHz assuming the slew rate is constant.  This may not be a valid assumption given there is a 5dBm drop in output power from 1GHz to 6GHz.  To get a more accurate result it is best to actually make the measurement.
