Rise time & fall time of HMC862LP3E & HMC905LP3E

Dear Sir,

We would like to know a rise time and fall time (10% to 90% or 20% to 80%) of output signal of HMC862LP3E and HMC905LP3E for our reference. Do you have any data about them?

We are now evaluationg HMC862Lp3E and HMC905LP3E. So, we would like to refere about the data for checking our results.

  • All datasheet measurements were performed single ended, on the HMC905 evaluation board, with the unused "N" line ac coupled to 50 ohm termination.  The slew rate was not measured.  The 0.1ns number is an approximate calculation based on the output power at 6GHz assuming the slew rate is constant.  This may not be a valid assumption given there is a 5dBm drop in output power from 1GHz to 6GHz.  To get a more accurate result it is best to actually make the measurement.

    I don't have any data on the HMC862.  I have sent you an email with the support contact for this part.
