 HMC992LP5E is not recommended for new design. 
 May I know is there a replacement part for HMC992LP5E and when will it be available ?

Hello HP, 
 There is no planned replacement for the HMC992LP5E. 
 Depending upon how you're using the HMC992LP5E (e.g., using AGC?), perhaps one of the following would serve as a suitable replacement: 
 AD8368: VGA with AGC detector, 800 MHz 
 HMC628: DGA = (DSA + Amp), 50 MHz - 800 MHz 
 HMC626A: DGA = (Amp + DSA + Amp), DC to 1 GHz 
 ADL5240: DGA = (Gain block + DSA), 100 MHz - 4000 MHz 
 ADL5243: DGA = (Gain block + DSA + 1/4W driver amp), 100 MHz - 4000 MHz 
 ADL5246: VG-LNA = (LNA + high linearity VGA + 1/2 W output driver amp), 0.6 GHz - 3.0 GHz 
 ADL5330: VGA, 10 MHz to 3 GHz
