Model for HMC546LP2

Question

Hi, 
 I would like to use this part at 450MHz but the datasheet only provides matching values for other frequencies. Can anyone provide the s-parameters for this part or the required matching values? I know there was a similar request and response for the HMC646LP2.

Hi, 
 The HMC546LP2 is not tuned to 450 MHz so the matching component values are not available for this frequency. 
 We planned to measure de-embedded s-parameters that will enable simulate and tune the HMC546LP2 at any frequency. I will post the data on the product web page and here when we are done with the measurement hopefully next week.

Hi, 
 We have an achieved report for HMC546LP2E tuned at 435 MHz (see attached). In the report, the tuning component values and s-parameter measurement results are provided. Sorry the source data files are missing. 
 I hope it will be a good reference for your design at 450 MHz.
