RF Switch HMC322 power requirement

Hello,

I am going to use  HMC322LP4E as SP8T RF switch at ~5G band.

There is VEE: -5 Vdc requirement for the switch,

Any recommendation of RF LDO to provide -5 Vdc?

Thanks !!

Kevin

Hi,

Please take a look at Switched Capacitor Converters from Analog Devices. ADM8828/ADM8829 might be a good fit if you have 5V supply available on your system.

You will also need to use a driver circuit for voltage conversion at each control inputs of HMC322 if you only have positive control voltages. Our suggested driver circuit is below.

Best.
