Individual variation data of Psat / HMC819LC5

Please teach me HMC819LC5.

 

Do you have the individual variation data of Psat?
What bias condition it does not matter.

 

Please send me this data if you have it.

    Hi,

     

    HMC819LC5 is an I/Q upconverter for Tx application. To use this product, a 90 degree hybrid is needed to convert an IF signal into two quadrature signals and connected to the IF1 and IF2. The LO signal needs to be connected to the LOIN and is multiplied by 2 in the mixer. The power level of IF, LO signals and DC supply are suggested on the datasheet. The upper or lower side RF sideband output can be chosen depending on how you connect two hybrid outputs to IF1 and IF2.

     

    For Psat question, we really don’t recommend operation at Psat and we don’t test for it. We only have P1dB compression data, which is shown on the datasheet.

     

    One more important thing is that HMC819LC5 is not recommended for new designs. If you would like to tell us what your application is for, we can recommend you a new part.
