RF peak detector

Hi,

I'm looking for an RF peak detector in the 200-600 MHz frequency range. (whit hold and reset functions)

The ADL5502 device would have all the needed functionalities, however the lowest input frequency is only 450 MHz.

Do you have any suggestion?

Thanks

That low end frequency limitation is caused by an on-chip ac-coupling cap. So if you try to operate it at 200 MHz, I think that it will still work fairly well, just with a lower output voltage. Another option to consider would be ADL5511 which is an envelope detector. With that part however, you would need to build an external peak-hold circuit using an op-amp.
