Release of HMC273A, HMC306A, ...

Question

Hey guys! 
 Could someone tell me when the above mentioned RF digital step attenuator ICs will be released? I'm having real trouble finding the old ones (without A suffix) and the new ones aren't released, yet.

Hi, 
 Original non-A parts of HMC273 and HMC306 are obsolete.

 The HMC273A is in pre-release and planned for release in March of 2016.

 HMC306A is a released part and recommended for new designs.
