I am working in the design of a frequency syntethizer with the HMC767 and HMC778.
I need to use the Hittite PLL design software but it requires the installation of the
matlab compiler runtime (mcr 7.11). Unfortunately, Mathwork does not provide this tool.
Could analog devices provide this file, please? when hittite software tries to download it, the download crashes.
Thanks for helping me, I have to move on with the design as soon as possible.
Nice the information on how to get the Hittite tool working is available. Links to the current version from the product pages would be helpful.
I've attached the missing mcr 7.11 file. I've also attached the v1.15 version of the Hittite PLL design tool.
Hello Mister Dyoung1
I try to install the sofware but once the installation was succesful and I run the program and this error appears:
"Invalid file identifier. Use fopen to generate a valid file identifier.
Error in => plldesign.m at line 116"
I try to check the plldesign.m code with matlab but I guess that it is encripted.
Could you help me please?
Many thanks for helping me
The HittPLL design tool may not run from a desktop shortcut. Try running the tool directly from the installation directory. Or you can set the shortcut "Start in" field to the installation directory.
many thanks four your message. I will try it asap, I hope that it works!
I've launched the HittPLL tool with the .exe from the installation directory and it works well!!!!
Many thanks, your help was great!
