Hello, As I posted in https://ez.analog.com/thread/80431, I have additional question however, I think it is better to post new discussion. They understand the HMC65x die don't need to any protection after mounting to the PCB however if we have any specification and / or recommendation to add molding for tougher environment (ex; over 90% humidity), they would like to know.
